• Can I visit your Office and buy directly?

Yes, you can visit our office during the office time. But please be noted, this is office and we don’t showcase our product here like traditional showrooms. You will need to confirm the product and stock before coming to pick up.

 

• What is your visitor hour or any lunch break or other timings?

Generally, we don’t have any break but visiting hour is limited till 8 pm. 

 

• For any warranty or service or any technical help- whats the best time to Visit?

In general, our office time is 9 am to 9 pm but for warranty or other services, it is requested to come before 5 pm.

 

• Can I visit and choose from your office?

YES. You can choose from physical stock but you can connect to our FREE internet and check our website and choose from our digital catalog easily. 

 

We have a physical office in Dhaka open every day 9 am to 9 pm (except major holidays). You can come, see and take the items that you may wish to buy online and pick the item from our office. We are located in a very famous location and it’s very convenient to find. We have added our Google verified office location above. You can easily be located us on Google map. Best practice is to order online and call our Customer service to schedule the items pick up to avoid any delay.
