Return & Refund Policy

Conditions for Return/Exchange

  1. To return/exchange a product from Moto Mechanic, the product must be returned to the concerned person (For example; Delivery Man) as the same condition as it is delivered to the customer.

  2. The product must be unused, unwashed and without any flaws caused by the customer. Riding gear products like Gloves, Helmets etc can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.

  3. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories which must be kept intact with the product.

  4. The sold product must be returned to the original packaging or box of the manufacturer.

  5. If any breach of conditions is violated, then Moto Mechanic authority reserves all the right to cancel the refund/exchange service against that specific product.

Return Policy

  • If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, kindly please fill up the return request form on the Moto Mechanic website within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Moto Mechanic might not accept product return if:
  1. If the product not returned in a condition as it was delivered.
  2. If the product physically damaged or not all of the parts were available.
  3. If the product got damaged because of any of the reason which is restricted in the warranty terms & conditions.
  • Before returning, customers need to read all the return policies mentioned thoroughly. Customers can get a refund within 7-15 days only if the product is returned intact or isn’t damaged. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

Return costs

Products can be returned only if you think the product delivered to you is damaged and can give necessary proof for it. We won’t cost you the delivery charge if the proof is satisfactory from our end.

Refund Policy

  1. To refund online/mobile wallet payments (Bkash,Nagad,etc), it will take 10 to 15 working days as per the bank or payment gateway partner policy.

  2. Refund charges will be applicable and will be deducted as per the policy and gateway charges.

  3. For mobile wallet refund there will be no extra charges to be provided by Moto Mechanic

  4. Refund charges will be not be applicable if the ordered product is not delivered on time or Moto Mechanic failed to complete the delivery or any of the reason, because of Moto Mechanic technical issue.

  5. If any order got canceled by the customer, then the customer will get refunded with his/her paid amount and shall be disqualified for any kind of offers or cashback associated with the particular order.
  6. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e., if the customer pays via bKash, then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channels.
